What we receive
The documents and messages you send by WhatsApp or email: photos of your papers, the language you have and the one you need, and details for delivery.
What it is used for
Only to prepare the quote and carry out the translation. We do not use it for advertising or anything else.
Who can see it
The translator in charge of your file, and nobody else. For a language on quote, the partner translator receives the document needed for that translation.
Deletion
Your documents are deleted from our phones and mailboxes on request. A simple WhatsApp message is enough: write to us or call +237 687 90 45 68.
Until you ask, we use them only for your translation.
Your messages go through WhatsApp, which applies its own terms. If you prefer email, say so in your first message.
Cookies and tracking
We set no cookies, we store nothing in your browser and we load no analytics tool or tracking script. Fonts come from our own server. The only outgoing links go to WhatsApp, when you click a button.
