Process Guides: Translating Your Documents for Abroad

The “Administrative procedures” guides answer the questions people ask before putting a file together: what VFS Global is, how to get the bulletin no. 3 or the police clearance certificate, what a supplementary birth judgment is for, where to apply for a certificate of nationality, what an international driving permit is.

The others explain where translation fits in an application: a credential evaluation at WES, a Campus France file, an application to Canada, a visa filed with an embassy in Yaoundé, legalisation at MINREX, vocational training in Germany. One guide details our price and the way we count pages.

Each guide relies on official pages, cited at the bottom with the date we read them. When a page was unreachable, or did not state a rule clearly, the guide says so.

We translate documents. We do not file applications, we do not advise on visa eligibility, and we never promise that a body will accept a translation: it is for the body to set its requirements.
