The paper almost every file asks for: a Canada visa, family reunification, university admission. Most are issued in French and need to go into English. Send a photo and you know the page count and the total straight away.

Delivery
PDF by WhatsApp or email. Paper copy: pickup by appointment in Yaoundé, Carrefour Tam-Tam, or posted to you in other cities.

What you receive
This is what a delivered sworn translation looks like: here, a birth certificate translated from French into English.
- A full translation of the document, including stamps, endorsements and margin notes.
- A layout close to the original, so each heading sits where the reader expects it.
- The stamp and signature of a sworn translator of the Centre Court of Appeal.
- The PDF by WhatsApp or email.
- Paper copy: pickup by appointment in Yaoundé, Carrefour Tam-Tam, or sent to other towns.
After translation, legalisation
A sworn translation is not always enough. Depending on the country and the body, the original document first goes through legalisation at MINREX, the Ministry of External Relations, in Yaoundé.
The file then goes to the embassy or consulate, to WES, or to the Campus France platform. Several embassies are in the Bastos neighbourhood, and some visas go through VFS.
Lists of required papers change from one country to another. Read the body’s own page before you order translations, then tell us what it asks for.
We translate. We do not set legalisation fees or timelines, and we do not quote them here. On the apostille, we make no commitment.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a certified translation cost in Cameroon?
10,000 FCFA per page, one fixed price. No hidden extras. You know the total before you pay, as soon as we have your photo on WhatsApp.
Where can I get my birth certificate translated from French to English in Cameroon?
From a sworn translator. Send a photo of the certificate on WhatsApp, from Yaoundé, Buea, Bamenda or anywhere else, and the PDF comes back in 48 hours. A paper copy is posted to you, or you collect it in Yaoundé by appointment.
Do you translate diplomas and transcripts for WES?
Yes. Send the diploma and the transcripts together on WhatsApp. Check the WES website for the list of documents required for your evaluation, as it can change.
Is your translation accepted by embassies in Yaoundé?
A sworn translation is made for the authorities. Each embassy, consulate or body keeps its own rules: legalisation, number of copies, format. We cannot answer for them. Confirm with them, then tell us what is needed.
Can I send my documents from Buea or Bamenda?
Yes. Photo on WhatsApp, PDF back by WhatsApp or email. If the receiving body wants paper, it is posted to you. Pickup is in Yaoundé, by appointment.
How long does it take?
48 hours between French and English, 72 hours for other languages. German is a certified translation and also takes 72 hours. The exact turnaround is confirmed with your quote.
Can I get a translation in 24 hours?
Yes, between French and English: delivered in 24 hours at 20,000 FCFA per page, fixed, counted from receipt of payment. For other languages, urgent work is on quote via WhatsApp. We never deliver in less than 24 hours.
I live abroad. How does it work?
Everything is remote: a photo on WhatsApp, a quote, then payment by international bank transfer, by a relative in Cameroon through Mobile Money, or by money transfer. The PDF reaches you on WhatsApp or by email. If the receiving body wants paper, it goes by express courier, at your expense, quoted before sending.
Where do I get the bulletin no. 3 (criminal record extract)?
At the registry of the Court of First Instance of your place of birth, on a written request with a photocopy of your birth certificate or ID card, according to the Ministry of Justice. Some cases go through the central record at the Ministry in Yaoundé. For Canada, the bulletin no. 3 is not enough: IRCC asks for the Judicial Police certificate.
How do I pay?
Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money or bank transfer. Payment details are sent on WhatsApp with your quote.
Send the photo, the quote comes back on WhatsApp
