Bertoua: a fully remote service
Bertoua is the capital of the East Region. CamerTrad has no office and no agent there, so no travel is needed. You photograph your document at home, the sworn translator handles it, and it comes back on WhatsApp or by email.
If the receiving body wants paper, it goes to Bertoua as a parcel, through a travel agency or a delivery service. If a trip takes you to Yaoundé, you can also collect the document by appointment.
The papers that come up in files are the classics: birth certificate, diploma and transcripts, criminal record, marriage certificate. The price is the same everywhere: 10,000 FCFA per page.
A photo taken flat, in daylight, is almost always enough. Avoid flash on stamps: it washes them out. If a page is blurred, we ask you for a new photo before we start.
