One price: 10,000 FCFA per page

The price of a sworn translation is the same for every document we translate between French and English: 10,000 FCFA per page. A birth certificate, a diploma, a criminal record or a contract, the rate is the same. It does not depend on your city or on the body that will receive the file.

It is a fixed price: the total we quote on WhatsApp is the total you pay.

Turnaround is 48 hours between French and English, 72 hours for other sworn languages. German is a certified translation, never presented as sworn. Chinese, Arabic and other languages are done on quote with partner translators and priced separately.

Urgent 24-hour service and interpreting

Need the document sooner? Urgent translation between French and English is delivered in 24 hours, at 20,000 FCFA per page, fixed. The clock starts when your payment is received. For other languages, urgent work is on quote via WhatsApp. No translation is delivered in less than 24 hours.

Interpreting between French and English, for an appointment, an interview, a meeting or a ceremony, is on quote via WhatsApp: give us the date, place, length and subject.

How we count pages

We count the pages of the document to be translated, not the number of photos you send. Two photos of the same certificate, one blurred and one sharp, make a single page.

• A back counts as a page if it carries text, a stamp or a marginal note. A blank back does not count.
• A driving licence card, front and back, counts as a single page.
• A divorce judgment is counted page by page: every page is translated, so every page is counted.
• A contract is counted in full, annexes and signature pages included.

As soon as you send your photos, the quote spells out the number of pages we have counted. If the count looks wrong to you, say so before you pay.

Priced example files

Here are some common files, at 10,000 FCFA per page. Your real total always depends on your documents, and the quote confirms it.

So a diploma and its transcript make two pages, 20,000 FCFA. Add the birth certificate and the file comes to 30,000 FCFA.

• The translation, done by a sworn translator of the Centre Court of Appeal.
• The layout of the translation.
• The translator’s seal and signature.
• The PDF delivered by WhatsApp or email.

What is not included

• Legalisation of the original document. It is handled by the administration concerned, with its own fees and its own timelines, which we neither set nor quote.
• Postage for a paper parcel, paid by the client. It depends on the travel agency or delivery service you choose.
• Fees of the body receiving the file: visa, evaluation, enrolment. They have nothing to do with us.

What a translation quote should say

Whoever the translator is, a clear quote states the page count, the price per page, the total, the turnaround, and the languages from and into. If one of those is missing, ask for it before you pay.

Ours arrives on WhatsApp, from your photos, before any payment. You pay by Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money or bank transfer.
